Kimchi coleslaw?! Yup, you read that correctly. This Kimchi and Green Apple Slaw has all the flavors and all the texture you could ever ask for. Crunchy, tangy, sweet, salty, and even savory. Let this perfect side dish take your dinner up a notch.
This slaw is the perfect side for anything you might be grilling up this summer. I plan to pair this beautiful mixture with some Korean beef bulgogi. Then maybe some teriyaki chicken. Then, who knows, maybe some lemongrass pork.
There is so much to love about this recipe. For starters, it only takes a few minutes to assemble. Secondly, it is bursting with flavor thanks to the kimchi, green apples, and the sesame-soy dressing. Then let us not forget the amazing crunch from the napa cabbage. I’d say this is a win-win-win.
Go ahead, try it for yourself!
